A national window into maritime justice.
The project built, from scratch, the international-edition homepage plus the Chinese-edition homepage and data-management system for national maritime trial. The internet-facing Chinese site serves as a public window into maritime justice, integrating maritime-trial resources across the country into a single system for nationwide reference and promotion — a redesign with reference value for maritime systems everywhere.
Solemn. Hearty. Efficient.
As a government (ZF) platform, the site's official nature demands that gravity and authority come first across the whole tonality.
Because it serves the maritime cause, the palette and visual language carry the breadth of the sea — open and confident, without losing formality.
As an information, data-display and tool-type system, sections stay clearly classified — prioritising operability and legibility over decoration.

Drawn from the sea.
The primary family is extracted from ocean blue — a lively bright blue and a solemn deep blue that occupy most of the system's pages. Auxiliary colors call on bright orange and red, used mainly for data-display sections as a contrasting accent.

A calm, legible type scale.

An entry that moves like the sea.
The portal greets visitors with a dynamic ocean-wave motion, letting them choose between the Chinese and English editions — setting the tone before a single page loads.

Chinese & international editions.
Two full homepages — an international-facing site and a resource-rich Chinese portal — organise litigation, judgements, case abstracts, auctions, statistics and more into a clear, scannable information architecture.

Ocean motifs, hard-edged icons.
A 50×50 filled icon set pairs ocean-blue base shapes with bright-yellow accents in a clean, hard-edged, solemn style — while wave-shaped navigation tabs and ship imagery carry the maritime theme throughout.

Auction & case data at a glance.
The data layer visualises seizure & auction, auction analysis and status across vessels, real estate, land, equity and assets — donut breakdowns, 3D columns, ranked bars and mapped distributions with a contrasting orange-red accent for emphasis.

The system, in perspective.
